David Johnson joined Price Comin & Johnson as a partner on October 1, 2009. He spent the first fourteen years of his career in Calgary after completing his Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Calgary in 1995. David articled with Hudson & Company Chartered Accountants in Calgary, and earned his CA Designation in 1998.
In 1999 he ventured into industry as the Chief Financial Officer for a small publicly traded company, and subsequently worked as a consultant for various start-up companies until 2003 when he co-founded Williams Johnson Chartered Accountants LLP. In the fall of 2005 he shifted his focus back to industry and helped one of his growing oil and gas clients complete an initial public offering on the TSX Venture exchange, and joined them full-time shortly afterwards in the capacity of VP Finance and Chief Financial Officer.
David and his wife Marilyn have five children and live in Raymond.
